Cancellation Policy

Transportation Rental:
Free cancellation for all transportation bookings.

Hotel Bookings:

  • Cancellations 15 days or more before check-in: No charges.
  • Cancellations within 15 days of check-in: Full accommodation cost applies.

Important Notes:

  • These policies apply to all vehicle and hotel bookings made through Jeromwin Tours.
  • Cancellations must be communicated through our customer service channels.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • In case of disputes, the decision of our management will be final.
